If something is not right, we would like to hear about it.

Unopened items

Unopened packages may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, write to us through the contact page with your order number.

Given the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened tea or citrus.

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number — we will make it right.
